Shipping policy:

All artwork (within India and International) will be shipped via tracked delivery.

 

Your package will reach you within 7 days of purchase in India and within 14 days of purchase anywhere else in the world (unless there is an emergency situation and nihanathersa.com will inform you in that case)

 

All prices displayed in the online shop are exclusive of Shipping cost and it will be calculated at checkout.

Return Policy:

nihanathersa.com does not accept returns and no refunds will be issued for original artwork, from the online store or commissioned once it has been shipped unless the painting arrives in a damaged condition.

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged?

Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email niha@nihanathersa.com to give us your order information.

Step 2 - Save original packaging!

Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to niha@nihanathersa.com

Step 4 -  We will contact you to discuss next steps.
